Bar Hurmos

Bar Hurmos and Hurmos Karaoke Bar are a pub, nightclub, and karaoke bar located in the center of Äänekoski.

Bar Hurmos is a pub/nightclub in the center of Äänekoski, open every day of the week. During the week, Hurmos has a relaxed atmosphere where you can spend time playing billiards or board games, or watching Champions Liiga and Formula 1. On weekends, Hurmos operates as a nightclub until the early hours. On Sundays, there’s darts at Hurmos as Keski- Suomen Darts holds weekly competitions. Hurmos hosts live music about once a month, and some of Finland’s biggest bands have performed here, from Neljä Ruusua to Poets of the Fall.

Hurmos Karaoke Bar is, as the name suggests, a karaoke bar right next to Hurmos. Hurmos Karaoke Bar is open on weekends and, in summer, also on weekdays. The atmosphere at the Karaoke Bar is complemented by schlager music and a dance floor where you can dance. Both venues can also host private events with catering.
