Mämmen kesäkirkko stands on the shore of Keitele, north of Äänekoski along Nelostie.
Mämmen kesäkirkko is located on the shore of Keitele, north of Äänekoski along the road to Oulu. By car, it is reached via Järvenpääntie.
The church was designed by Äänekoski-based engineer Lasse Heikkilä. The building was assembled from the logs of a former granary in 1962. In the sacristy is the oldest item of Äänekosken seurakunta, a granary work table from 1759. The church bell is a historic farm bell from Suojoen tila, and atop the belfry is a weathercock with a year inscription.
There is no altarpiece in Mämmen kirkko; instead, the altar opens to a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The church is a popular wedding church.
The summer church seats 70–80 people.
